They sent repairman who said 2 appliances needed replacement as they were unrepairable. A week has gone by and I still haven't heard from American Home Shield to replace my cooktop and dishwasher. I tried calling twice and was placed on hold for over 2 hours. Still waiting to get appliances.

Extremely long hold times. I was offered an appliance replacement via email and it has been over a week and no response from American Home Shield. I have attempted to call and the hold times are just crazy. I like the ease of filing claims on line but if you need to ask a question, its impossible. I have been with a defective washing machine for too long. HELP

I asked for a tech to come and check and fix my hvac unit,they told me it will be about 10 days before they could get back and fix the unit,I'm still waiting.

Replacing my broken kitchen sink faucet was an ordeal and did not cover the required removal of the broken faucet from the marble kitchen sink surface. I believe that is a humongous short-coming of your alleged complete service. It cost me an addition $160 and your alleged "great coverage" for this particular job was horribly disappointing. How can you claim to replace a broken kitchen faucet when your repair person is NOT ALLOWED TO REMOVE THE FAUCET as part of the job? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Bad customer service. Technicians they sent had no clue. It took 6 months for them to replace our oven.

I explained what I wanted to have done and needed with coverage indicated. Then not authorized, if they knew that the work was not covered then it was wrong to take my money under false pretenses. I would have never paid money for services that I knew I could not receive. I asked for my money back as a hardship and no response.

Problems with central air unresolved in 10 days. No United States representation. Unable to speak to anyone except foreign country. More important to company to please leased contractors than paying customers. Company has decreased in quality past year.
