Because they do not reach out to the customer. For example my property manager calls to schedule a service but then tells them that I have to call to authorize the transaction, which is fine, but why is AHS not calling the landlords right then and there instead of having them call to be on hold for an hour to get through. They do good work, but they are impossible to speak to. If you can't unravel their phone tree or website, you're just out of luck.

They don't want to pay there end of the debt
They charge you every 31 days a new fee to have an appliance fixed. We had three visits on our ancient heating system (one thing broke after another) before it was finally replaced and now 3 so far on our old AC....

Garbage warranty when the contractor they sent to repair HVAC charged me 1,300 to replace a system that just needed a repair! And, I could have paid the cost they charged to replace it myself, why have a warranty!!! Total waste, tempted to sue!
