The generally provide good service contractors, but skimp on replacement parts. They seem to supply "builder grade" replacements for an original higher end failed component. .

I am requesting every one please don't buy their warranty. They are crooks Monsters and complete Ripoff. I am dealing with them right now. I was paying them for last 2 years and first time service call they did not fix or replace my dish washer for 2 months and even after cancelling their service every month they are attempting for monthly charge and i request to chase for credit. stay away from them

Never get to speak with staff or provider they assign snd I usually have to call the provider to make they'll get here. Last time, the provider kept me waiting to get here 3 days then another 7 days to fix the washer
It takes 30-60 minutes to get them on the phone. They don't seem to save details of your calls so you have to explain everything over and over again.
The repair companies are awful. It take so long to get repairs done The companies that they use are not up to standard

I had to call to find out about my refrigerator repair..AHS did not intact me regarding the replacement. If I hadn’t Allen them, not sure when the process would have been accomplished. I dealt with some very nice people in the purchasing dept., and one person who was very rude and unhelpful. Turns out the email they were sending me had the wrong email address. You people have the worst vendors imaginable; we were without a refrigerator for 2 weeks just recently! You never replace anything, just send incompetents to try to repair the item. We are dropping your rip-off company in August.
