They do not honor their contracts. They do not accurately transcribe their contractor reports allowing them to repeatedly deny claims.

The service plans are good but the customer service is horrible. This weekend I had to ask for someone without an accent to help because I could not understand them and they kept repeating my information incorrectly.

If you are cool with your ac unit breaking and having them send a (poorly reviewed) company to diagnosis the problem many days later (beyond the promised 48hrs), and then waiting an undetermined amount for them to figure out how to fix, order parts, etc this is way to go! But if you have little kids and actually need your home to be under 90 degrees then perhaps this is a giant waste of money at best and incredibly dangerous for your family. The only thing they are good at is taking my money. I was offered a refund because the appointed Tech nevered showed. That was 6 weeks ago and my Fridge still does not work. I have reached out 7 times with no refund.

Horrific customer service. To follow-up on a service request or speak to a rep, you have to call in and their wait times range from 2-3 hours. They have no online assistance.

Fixed three toilets then called to say wasn't covered under warranty AFTER 26 years of paying premiums!! About $13,000 WOW! Cost to them $120??
