They denied coverage for my hot water because of a lazy contractor who didn't want to fix the intermidant issue

This was the worst experience ever. As I write this review, our air conditioning has not been fixed. Today marks the third week that we are without air conditioning and we are still waiting. When we called three weeks ago, we spoke to a representative to initiate a claim. We called to find out the status of the claim a few days later, and there was no record that we even called or any information in the system. We had to start from scratch. I wouldn't rate them with any stars if I could the first time I called to have help with my duct work I was told that it's a pre-existing problem and was denied well the ductwork has been in this house since it was built in 1977 there's no water damage so I'm not quite sure other than it being over 40 years old what the pre-existing problem would be very unfair

AHS charged me twice for the $125 fee to service an appliance. I called to have the $125 refunded and they did...so they said. No joke, I called several times over a 2 week period and spoke to more than a dozen people who ALL told me the refund was already in process. Every time I asked for a supervisor I was told there is no supervisor and no one I could speak to other than the person I was talking to. I still have the list of names of all the people I spoke to. I suppose when it works, it works; but when it doesn’t, watch out. Had an ice maker repair, 4 weeks later and as many visits, it’s still not resolved and AHS has been ZERO help. When you can get through (average wait thirty minutes) I have asked repeatedly for them to give me a different contractor who can get the job done. Nope. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Nope. They don't follow up if the problem was resolved. I have been without hot water for two weeks and they told me to go through the hot water heater company. I understand it it's still under warranty but I asked him to please have a new one installed and will resolve the paperwork on the backend. Pretty much anything in your home that is in the warranty will not get fixed through them. So what's the point?

Over 11+ years with AHS, Problems with my AC. Told it wasn't covered. Cost me $5500 to get it fixed. The company was from AHS.

the last call was never resolved, finally called a contractor outside their network and he resolved the problem
