The last few times we have had to use AHS, we have had issues. Our freezer was supposed to be fixed, but ended up being denied and not one reached out to let us know. We recently had to have our hot water heater fixed and it took 4 times SAP, the company AHS chose to partner with, to get the new hot water heater installed. When I call AHS to get info because SAP was non-responsive no one at AHS seems to know what is going on. I asked for AHS manager to call me and NO ONE ever called.

I asked to speak with a manager, was told there was not a manager I could speak with. Never had my issue regarding, some simple smoke detectors resolved. I pay this company faithfully every month. This was a big disappointment. Considering how small the job was.

As long as you don't have to speak to anyone at AHS directly they are good. They have probably the worst customer service I have ever worked with. 1-2 hour hold times. Rude people. No way to get back to anyone so always start all over. We have had 3 claims total - luckily two were completely online for AHS part. The one that wasn't took 2 months because working with AHS directly is a total nightmare. The contractors are good. It is 100% total breakdown if you need to speak to a human at AHS. They have ZERO customer support.

They refused to take the responsibility for my finished basement being destroyed by water when they were informed by the company they first sent that they were unable to fix it. It was their responsibility to find me another company . They did nothing so I had to bring in someone to fix it. I had to have my entire bathroom floor taken up and dried out by servclean and now my floor and part of the shower has to be replaced. You guessed it AHS doesn’t want to hear anything. Because the quality of the services are spotted. I had the last 2 wonderful plumbers but the previous guy that came to fix the kitchen fan was an absolute nightmare. I called you company to put the complaint 3 times snd as of today no one has called back
They did not listen to my needs on our repair. Took 3 months to get parts

I got a employee that doesn't speak English well.
They lack customer service. I purchased the plan at what was to be a discount however; I was charged the full rate. When I called to dispute the full charge, I was placed on hold for 55 minutes two different times. I attempted to chat via their website but it does not work. When I finally spoke with someone, I was told that I was given the discount (I was not).
