They companies they sub the work out to are terrible. Horrible communication and amount of time it takes to fix things is unacceptable.
I had a faucet leak. Plumber said it was because, I did not have a Pressure regulator valve on my pipe. It was not on my pipe when I bought my house. But, my warranty covers this. My warranty did not pay to fix the problem because the pressure regulator was not already installed. I did not agree with this. I paid to fix the problem. Not happy about this.

Never answered our questions and concerns. Charged a service visit on which the technican said microwave was to be replaced and AHS refused to do. Was promised call backs and now three weeks have past and still broken item. Shows was complete on my account.

Only $1500 was covered for our new $17k air conditioning unit, only $400 covered on our new water heater, and it took 6 visits before they approved to replace my washing machine
