Barely anything included in warranty. When I found out my pool equipment was not included, customer service refused to tell me the parts the pool man recommended we needed.

ZERO COMMUNICATION TO START, THEN THE EXTRA FEES ARE OUTRAGOUS

I have spoken to 15 different people about the same complaint (them charging me multiple times for visits when they booked the original service wrong) They will not call back, solve the problem or pay me. Also the companies they sent out were frauds and my total HVAC unit that should have been covered was nickeled and dimed and they only covered 1 part.

Generally AHS has been reliable; it's been 10 years this August. HOWEVER, sometimes the assigned labor contractor was a sub-standard business. Difficult to contact, schedule, sent junior technicians who made mistakes, hard to reschedule, very frustrating. took forever to resolve
It has taken over a month and my dishwasher is still not fixed. Too many authorization steps and multiple visits required due to gaining authorization. This should not require my involvement or follow up as your customer. I have yet to call in and wait less than 45 minutes to speak to an agent

Customer service is impossible to reach by telephone.
A technician came to check on my AC, after the inspection he told me the system is low on freon, there may be a leak, he will contact AHS. A second technician came in and that he is not qualified to do that job. He will contact AHS to send a qualified tech. The 3rd tech also came and said that he does not know what is the problem. He opened the AC, look at it and left. Actually, I don't know if the problem is fixed or nott
