I only had AHS since june of 2017 and have never made a claim. In 2019 when I renewed online I accidentally paid the monthly amount in a lump sum which was $80.00 more than the yearly amount. No problem I thought! After being passed from one call center to another and purposely dropped of the line I decided to give up and wait until renewal time and show all my screenshots evidence of long wait times at different AHS call centers to an actual english speaking person. I never recieved a call back! I'm moving on!

SCAM! Stay away at all costs, this is the biggest scam company ever. They send out terrible 3rd party companies who get paid the bare minimum to barley fix the issue. It took 4 weeks to get my washer fixed and then when I canceled my policy they CHARGE you!!! Even though you don't sign a contract and when you agree to the month to month you will get a $75 dollar fee once you cancel. This company is the WORSE STAY AWAY! Seriously.

I didn't get what I was told when I 1st signed up also I had to pay 107.for Plummer that was ok but to pay 549.extra to put my jot water heater in wasn't right that's why I pay them every month ahat if I didn't have it cause I was told different

Had to call numerous times to get a response. Seems there was a computer glitch and it delayed my service request. It was very frustrating.
