Two months later and still have a hot water tank issue. First company that they hired to come out dismissed my concerns and said it was cartridges in the showers, not the tank, but they weren't authorized by AMS to look at the cartridges, only the tank. Took several weeks to get another company out, but they had to order the cartridges. Came out yet again to replace cartridges, but one was bad. Run. Just run from this company. Eight weeks to replace two a washing machines is excessive. I chose not to take the cash option because it was considerably less than the replacement machines cost. They get one star because their people they employ do go above and beyond what they can do, something just falls apart once you hang up the phone.
Service providers are sometimes less than high quality.

They are not repairing or replacing my hot water heater that is suppose to be covered
They lie. Management was supposed to call me but they did not. They lie about policy
Some problems are solved quickly but if it’s a part that needs to be ordered, not good
Never had to use the service. At the time of renewal, the price almost is double, now I am having to look for someone else. I was shocked. $485.37 the first year and they want me to renew at $751.42
