Good, but I paid $125 for a service fee that didn’t fix anything.

The service is good. It's equal to that of a previous home warranty company I used for a prior new home. The only issue I have is that I have to constantly follow up and chase some of the contractors who get assigned. I still have no resolution to an electrical issue and a broken ceiling fan.
Still have not got my dryer fixed going 3 months. What the heck. The company u sent does not keep the customer in touch. I'm upset. The company is Champco

I've been asking for a refund for nearly 4 months. I have called many times and everytime they ASSURE me they will refund the $100 Charge that was a mistake and they air conditioning people they send out are liars and don't keep the correct notes regarding visites.

Never again will I do business with AHS. After 2 years of paying into AHS, and not using them but twice I have decided to just start a second savings account for broken appliances instead of paying into this wasteful company. Both times I used this company was for my washing machine. 2 months later and hour and hours of being on hold for 3hr wait times, I am told I will get $427 reimbursed for a new washing machine... in the year 2020. They suck, they replaced my water heater after failure charged me 100 service call then charged me another 400 in modifications for the plumber. Worst home warranty company ever. Of course I still had to pay for the damage caused by the failure

HVAC was "fixed" on 4/16/21. As of 5/9/21, not working again! Unit has been worked on 4 times in the past 2 years and is 16 years old, yet they keep putting expensive band-aids on it rather than replace it. I'm done spending money on this!!

I picked one star only because there was not a zero star available to pick!!!!! I didn't choose this scam operation, the previous owner paid for it so I got stuck with them. This was not the first time I had to call AHS, they used the same delay tactics there for my AC system and in the end, paid for nothing. This company has 100 contractual ways to get out of paying for anything.
