Very difficult to talk to a Customer Rep
Not really worth the money. Also, I don't feel valued, and my regional manager sucks.

There are serious issues with internal processes. From the perspective of the customer seeking to find out any and all information related to multiple AC issues, American Home Shield has failed to showcase any urgency to resolve the issue. In the middle of a Georgia summer, with household members who have health issues, the lack of customer service is grotesque... Services have deteriorated. Requested service are arbitrarily granted. Clearly stated provisions in contract not always honored.

My oven has not been repaired since the technician came on October 16 2020.
They don’t live up to promised response time.
I have tried calling to see if my insurance is covered but keep being told the company that is supposed to report my issue has not done it. I called the individual who came to my house and he said he submitted the paperwork twice into your system. I have not heard anything from you guys. Seems like you took my 100 dollars and did nothing after that.

They give you a VERY HARD time when it comes to replace any major appliances. They're 4 on repairs.
