Professionalism. Their representatives have your best interests at heart however the last plumber:All City Plumbing (Eric) was very unprofessional, cursing at my neighbors because he was in their parking space they parked behind him & he was upset because he felt that they didn't move in a timely manner.

1) NOTHING is covered under their "warranty". All the services I had done I had to pay out of pocket. Honestly, why bother paying over $700 a year to cover nothing??? 2) On top of your monthly/yearly payment, you pay $75 per service--even if the technician DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They say the fee is for "diagnosing" the issue, even if no service was actually performed. 3) They charge a cancellation fee! (One month fee!) So they CHARGE YOU FOR CANCELLING! Contractor left some things unfinished on my sewer line installation
These guys are the worst. Rip Off...scam. I paid them over 10000.00 for 14 years. Every time something went wrong like a water heater leaking the took a month to approve the fix. The last straw was my drains were starting to clog up and they refused service. So I cancelled them and now they say I have to pay them for the rest of the contract period. I never signed a contract and the contract says I pay them and they provide service. Not the way they look at it! They don’t provide service and you still pay.....nightmare!
AC went out in July. I live in Arizona. It took them 3 weeks to get the part.

Had one bad experience in years of service.
I've been waiting for a microwave for 3 months because mine couldn't be repaired. Trying to get a hold of someone to ask questions it's impossible. Then when you do they transfer me to someone else and they either don't know or hang up on you! What a joke. If there was a spot for a Zero Star I would of selected it. Absolutely worthless!
Charged us a fee. Contractor never showed up! Couldn't get any help from them!
