I submitted a repair request on my oven ay my rental property. First technician couldn't diagnose. Second technician was rude to property management staff using profanity so he was cancelled. Took AHS 13 days to schedule the third despite me getting on a live chat and phoning them wasting three hours of my time on hold. He didn't show for his scheduled slot and said he couldn't get there until 8:30PM so the tenants cancelled the appointment. I have been lied too repeatedly. The piece to fix my dryer is no longer be manufactured and they refuse to replace my dryer as contracted. It's been over 3 weeks since initial service. I'm also without heat and it's been over 3 weeks.

AHS used to have wonderful customer service. That is the reason why I keep coming back to them even though they are slightly more expensive than other companies. Nowadays it is impossible to get a human being to answer the call if you have a problem with a service request. They give you very little choice to contact them. No email unless it is about privacy or security. If you call them, as I am doing now, you will be put on hold for at least two hours. I cancelled a repair appointment 4 days prior to the date and I got charged. I tried to contact a human and never heard back. I am furious. I want to be refunded for the cancelled repair appointment immediately.

I would never buy a home warranty from this company again...service reps are limited in their ability to help, there is no escalation path available, and technicians can do as they please invoicing the service fee without ever calling and there's no accountability. I called over a week ago to have some leaks fixed. I was told that a technician would reach out to me to schedule within 1 working day. That has yet to happen. This company is horrible! The wait time is extensive! I have been calling them for 3 weeks now, and they keep telling me it's in the approval process! The customer service person will not transfer me to a supervisor, or a manager. This company seems to me like a scam! They only respond quick when the customer has to pay out of pocket. They use the worst vendor who does not care about customer satisfaction, and instead of repairing, they makes the problem worse, and misdiagnosis the issues, and AHS won't allow you to choose y... read more

They took money from me for a job, they never completed the job and I never got reimbursed for the money I paid. I've spent countless hours on the phone with them and can get nowhere with them. I will NEVER use this service again. STAY AWAY!!!
