This is the most horrible company I have ever dealt with their customer service sucks they have people in the Philippines who are reading from a script I had water in my basement for seven days without the assistance they called a contractor out who came out lied and told them that the service can be fixed I had to do a second opinion with you and the other guy came out and got it done this is the most bogus company I have ever ever dealt with and I wish I have never did business with them

They really make it difficult to have a non-functioning item replaced. Company made 6 trips to my home to bandage a 26 year old water heater before they would replace it.

Absolutely horrible company. If you are thinking of getting a home warranty run from this company. I bought a home warranty in September. I bought their comprehensive package including my air conditioner. I had an issue with my air conditioner and they sent one of their preferred vendors out to look at it. They called me and said My sprinklers caused water damage to the unit and they were denying my claim. Person to person service when calling could be better
I was tempted to rate three because of an unresolved issue which I've experienced for first time and in all my 25 years with them, but will rate four. I hope it has nothing to do with the Reps who are usually nice. Also because of their introduction of yearly contract number change which prevents you from having past and present access to your account. Contract wording seems clear then you find out much is not covered. I find employees do not care.

Warranty came with purchase of home. I got emails from AHS when my renewal was coming due with a cost close to what I had. When I called to renew the rep said that my renewal cost was over $200 more that the email was for new customers they would not honor the price in the email they kept sending me. So I told them I would go elsewhere I wasn't interested in plan at the new higher price. Fraudulent, not responsive, no timelines,no process, please do not take any warranty cover with them.
Have AHS on 3 homes. Every single time I needed to use the company there was always a song and dance. They also replace the item that needs to be replaced with a similar item but nothing close to what you had. Its August 15th, still waiting for a faucet to get foxed since July 20th and my boiler & hot water has been out of service since August 6th and not even a date or part in some to have fixed.
