Premiums have gotten high & service call fee is high
I joined AHS to have piece of mind. I had a service call the guy opened the door under my house shined a light in to check duct work. That's it I answered an email asking about service told AHS that my duct was not fixed, tried to call on hold for over an hour no answer No way to communicate with this company that don't have an email address and you get No answer on the phone I work 12 hrs so limited on time I can contact AHS So FAR NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU PAY. Horrible company to deal with you cannot imagine how horrible it is dealing with this company most the time almost every time you have to wait one hour to two hours on the phone still no straight answer

Horrible service, worst contractors. Still waiting for a manager to call me, it’s been over 2 weeks. I’ve called the contractor company that they sent out numerous times, left messages, no call back. Biggest SCAM

It took more than 3 months to repair my dryer, some of the vendors they work with are not professional
Had a situation where they didn’t contact the contractor about my smoke detectors and it had been well over 30 days because they didn’t have any on the truck at the time but they never came back and I wasn’t able to get any of my money back from them coming to my house.
