They have not been able to reach the technician who checked out my oven so that it can be replaced. Over a month and 1/2 ago. It is 1/12/21 and the claim was opened 11/30/20.
iv had this warranty for 17 year, my heat system went out they paid 500.00 the all the extras they dont cover , duct work, ditch, permits so on and so forth i paid 3940.00

Stay away. I am trapped and have to stay with them for a year. I will leave as soon as my contract is over. This company does not follow standard business models. You can only be signed up with your financial information like credit card. They double charge you and won't reimburse the overcharge. You can be on the phone with them for hours everyday. Know what you are paying for. AHS will do whatever it takes to NOT do the work. And they have deals with some of the worst subcontractors. So only get AHS as an insurance policy for disasters but don't expect quality service from them. They are also really hard to reach when you need to someone in their customer service department.

Horrible experiences!!! Don't USE! I called on a Friday morning. Today is Monday and my over flowing toilet still hasn't been serviced. I called multiples and there only solution was to continue to wait. Poor contractors that don't even have call back numbers just automated answering. If you have a problem over a weekend they said most of the contractors don't work weekends. Don't allow reimbursement from speedy service contractors like Roto Rooter or Mr Rotor. Poor service I would never recommend anyone I did not want to even give them 1 Star for this survey but it is the only way you can complete it. You have employees that do not give correct information. How can someone overseas help me and you can never get a supervisor on the phone?

one company came out to fix the refrigerator the y'all sent another company out; there have been four visits and the fridge is not fixed

I guess i should have red AHS fine print ...I had to pay over 1000 dollars because AC company you guys sent told me i need some new parts that according to their technician said i already had so that company gave me two different stories ..tech located in san antonio was very knowledgeble ...but the corporate person i spoke to was very rude he asked me questions that he knew i wouldnt know about AC and i answered and he said i was wrong ...of course i was wrong i am a radio person not AC person..very rude CHUCK was very rude... read more
