I had an issue with my kitchen plumbing. I had a blockage in my sink and a leak. The first technician that arrived was kind and professional. He fixed the blocked line but said he could not find a leak. I thought maybe the blockage was causing the leak. I found out we still have a slow leak. The second technician who came out was very rude. There were 2 of them. My son was home. He said we need a new sink and left. Been working on claim since March of this year. Your on hold for 1 to 1 1/2 hour
Had to have a second call regarding my dishwasher and now they tell me I can't get it fixed till Jan 9th
Contractors they have come out are very SLOW to respond , set appointments. Even when there is an emergency they take forever. I am starting to rethink AHS, especially if I am going to be rented ng out the place. I don't want my tenants to be stuck with no AC or no Fridge for days on end...
