poor company terrible represenative cannot speak good English
We purchased a home in Florida in October 2019 and it came with warranty from American Home Shield (AHS). We just had our first claim and it was a TERRIBLE experience. Our air conditioner stopped working on Feb 23 and it was not fixed until March 7 ... 13 days!!! Totally unacceptable! AHS had to get the technician's report saying we needed a new compressor, then get the compressor purchase authorized, then AHS ordered the compressor themselves instead of just letting the air conditioning company get it, that in and of itself... read more
Where is the negative Star? I have been without a washing machine for 2 weeks. Repair tech told us that it was not repairable due to cost of parts and age of unit. Now they have ordered the parts and are going to repair. They have been out twice, while we take off from work. Still no repair! They try to fix with band-aids and duct tape. I have paid them over $3000 in monthly fees and dont want to help. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Awful Customer Service too

The agency is not properly staffed, wait times are typically 30-45 minutes.
Was left on hold for over an hour both times I called.
These people are horrible. We have had to take legal action against them. The technicians they send out have zero information online. We have waited months for a simple repair on a dishwasher only to have it completely destroyed after 4 visits. They continue to say they will call with an update.

Horrible experience with AHS and with K & S Plumbing in Pelham AL. Have to wait on hold for very long periods of time and never got called back as the customer service reps promised. Multiple visits from plumber to fix a water heater and when I asked AHS for a different plumber they proceeded to send the SAME guy out. He flooded our bathroom and caused damage. worst company ever. They send you the worst repair people ever, at least one month after your appliance breaks. Eventually they don't fix it because they are liars and fraud. Don't waste your money. This is a scam company, stay sway

Where do I begin!!!! Absolutely the worst in Customer Service! The repair people sent to my house where incompetent. Broke my HVAC system and then lied about what the problem was so that they wouldn't be responsible. I'm out $495.00 on top of the service fee and still have no Heat/Air.
