We had our house rekeyed. It was easy and it was free.
I am very happy that I was able to get a replacement water heater through the AHS Home Warranty. I calculate that I only had to pay a little over 1/3 the cost. So there is some comfort and payback for the years I have paid the monthly price. I don't know your side of the equation. I would have been much happier with my out of pocket being closer to 25%.
I feel I had an overall good experience. I feel as though I may have saved some but without anything to compare it to can only go on what I feel. The service I needed was not a covered service and the initial visit was diagnostic . However, I feel that the overall experience was a good one.
