First time we tried to use them for A/C tune-up the contractor never showed/called/returned calls to myself or the company and their solution was to keep trying to contact this person after almost 2 months of zero contact from him instead of suggesting or referring a different contractor and I had to go through hoops to initiate a refund ..2nd time I used the service was relatively flawless and pleasant experience

The technician checked the AC system, checked gas and stuff, changed the filter and explained everything. It is all good.
