American home shield, is a great company. They have been there for me from my refrigerator to my hot water heater. Now they are helping me with my heat pump. They have never told me no or that I didn't qualify, as a single person you always need someone you can count on. Thank you AHS!!
The contract was very helpful and took very good care of us
overall it was good. However, the monthly rate is getting too high and we cannot do any increases. Also, I would like some type of invoice when we receive a service, either from the provider or from AHS.
