They provided a good service. The per visit price is too high though.
I've requested service twice (once for electrical and once for plumbing) through my AHS home warranty. I had a great experience both times. I'm very pleased that everything (parts and service) was covered by the standard service fee.
I used AHS' website to create a service request. The transition was quick and smooth - The assigned service provider (United Garage Doors Inc.) was also promptly responding and contacting me for resolution, and didn't mind putting extra effort to take care of my trouble as early as possible. We have been with American Home Shield for numerous years and have utilized there services many times. We have always found that they provide good service. If we run into a problem we can call and they do their best to find a solution.
One claim only and they were able to repair my washing machine in a timely manner with just a $120 deductible.
