Very fast service this time. Washer unfortunately was not repairable but received a bit of a credit towards a new one. Not the same level as what we had but helped.

I have used American Home Shield for the last 17 years and have found them to be fair and provide a good service. The price for the yearly contract keeps increasing and the Trip Charge Fee has also increased.

I dislike the fact that they have outsourced their customer service function to the Philipines. Many of the agents you deal with barely speak understandable english. In addition, they are more interested in reading from their script than actually listening to your problem. I also dislike that AHS has only one contractor in the entire Milwaukee area for heating and air conditioning services. I like that some of their contractors are able to schedule a service visit timely.

The service people that came were good but it took roughly 3 weeks for them to come which is way too long
