Unfortunately there are no 1/2 ratings, but I would rate AHS as a 4.5 rather than 4. I have been a customer for 17 years and although the prices have increased (that is the way of business), they have held consistent with providing EXCELLENT customer service and coverage. The 1/2 star demotion relates to three issues I had which took too long (in my opinion, upwards of three months) to resolve. Outside of those three problems, I would and do recommend AHS as a great home warranty company.

A good company to have in your back pocket for the emergencies of being a home owner. Don't try and talk to an actual human though. That's where the four stars versus five stars come in to play. It can be very frustrating when you actually need to talk with someone but can't.

The contract is great and has covered a lot of work for me. The only reason I am not rating at 5 stars is that for rural communities the number of in-network service providers through AHS is limited and this has resulted in a few delays getting some items fixed.
