My heating system broke down. When I called for help, it turned out that no technician was available for a week. But I explained my circumstances further, and the scheduler worked on finding me help sooner - which was great.

The staff that I engage with via the phone are quick to answer the call and help where they can. However, my last experience with an issue resulted in a delay of about 3 days for the technician to visit the home as AHS only had 1 electrical contractor for our area. Once the technician arrived, he was able to correct the issue promptly. Our rates continue to rise (without our agreeing to a higher rate or advance notification of the change).
