Sewer Medic was punctual and professional. Although an unfortunate incident occurred during installation of the new hot water heater, the Sewer Medic technician and the staff of Sewer Medic immediately contacted us and established a repair schedule to resolve the issue at hand. Although an unfortunate incident occurred, it is the high degree of professionalism and immediate corrective action by the Sewer Medic technician and the Sewer Medic leadership that I highly recommend Sewer Medic as an approved contractor.

The contractor worked diligently to find and correct the issue with my furnace. Scheduling was prompt and the work completed efficiently.
After er the first technician came twice only checking the temp stating nothing was wrong, the third actually took the frig apart and discovered the problem, ordered the parts and now the frig works! Incompetence of first technician came twice was frustrating. Excellence /skills of second was so obvious. What a happy difference!!!
