Great service and great recommended vendors to perform the service.
They are amazing no problems always on the the job will get fixed or they will replace it I'm loving them
They kept their word and Applicance couldn't be fixed so they replaced the unit.
I think the cost of the plan plus the service fees equal what I would pay out of pocket for repairs.

We like the speed at which a repair person is dispatched.
So far everything has been really good. The professionals they assigned were good and prompt. I’ve had a few claims this year and now they raised my price by $10 a month. That’s my reason for 4 stars. Both things that broke and needed to be replaced were less than 6 years old! I use it and then like all insurance companies, they raise my rates. I referred multiple family members and now I don’t know that I can recommend them as highly.
