Prompt, courteous and professional service!
Mark was timely and did a superb job, very satisified.
Overall Home Shield has come through with really good contractors to take care of our home breakdowns...some contractors better than others, but for the most part really good service.
I was pleased with the contractor, and although he had to come back and readjust the flush, it was based upon my preference for the way the toilet was flushing.

Most repair items are plumbing and appliances, it is very convenient for a property management to order through AHS a service and be fixed.
The pool contractor did an EXCELLENT job!
The service from AHS was exceptional and timely. I highly recommend the AHS for insurance purposes and the H.A. R. Appliances. The Technician was very prompt, knowledgeable, competent and was able to diagnose the problem by video visit to order and bring the right parts to fix the washer in the first try.
I gave a three because we have been with AHS for a long time and have watched the service go up in price while going down in service.
