It seems that second time was the charm. Roman, our technician, was methodical and professional in his second attempt to fix our washer. I highly recommend AHS.
The experience was amazing. The plumber new right away what the problem was and was able to fix it right then.
Service was good and plumber was very helpful.
AHS is easy to get service when you need it. They take the hassle out of finding a reputable service technician. Whether it be electrical or plumbing. They are most of the time effecient , professional & all the time kind.

All went very well. The only negative comment was it took quite awhile to get some of the parts which isn’t something that American shield could control. Will definitely recommend American shield to others!
Nothing was done on my work actually it was working it’s my fault but with no work done still changing me $125 not fair otherwise customer service lady was great 👍
So far so good. I am pleased with the roof repair because it is raining now and the front bedroom closet is not leaking. I have good things to say about the plumbers who repaired my leaking faucet and leaking valve in my upstairs bathroom. I can get some sleep now. I haven't been able to get an appointment yet for the heating system to be replace but I will attempt to do that tomorrow.
American Home Shield monitored the repair completely and dispatched great technicians to complete the repair.
