On time for setting up appointment and getting a good day/time. Work with me on my schedule. Repair person on time, called before arriving, and was very knowledgable on what was wrong with washer. Had part in hand, repaired in 15 minutes. Tested unit - Perfect. Excellent experience.

I submitted a repair request on the 18th of November got a repairman to come out and he told me it would take more to repair than replace. Your company was not happy with his results so you sent another company to look at my washer. Took them until the 22 nd of November to look at my washer. They recommended repair vise replacement. on 25th I called your company and you indicated the repair request for parts was not yet submitted. Whenever we have an issue, service person comes out and it's quickly approved. It does take a LONG time to get someone out, but I know that's just due to the service people busy schedules. I have already reccomended 3 friends to sign up for this warrenty in the one month I've lived here :)

I’m so glad we have this protection plan — this is our 2nd claim in 4 years that’s resulted in an appliance being replaced. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I wish AHS would speed up the process a bit — the administrative side of the process is slow.

Fast enough. Replaced furnace with quality new furnace. I found it hard to find a human to talk to when there was a claim issue from American Home Shield. The communication from the local provider was exceptional.
