Speed of getting someone out to fix the problem
Their app is very user friendly. The service techs that AHS sent were always professional, respectful and kind. I liked that they offered a sliding scale to fit into any budget.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with AHS. I recently requested service on my washer and they sent out 2 different contractor companies who were not able to fix the issue. These contractors told AHS the fix was something not covered by my warranty and therefore they would not work on the issue. I reached out to AHS with photos and an explanation of how I didn't feel the contractors knew the real issue. We have been with AHS a long time. We are very pleased. We appreciate the Customer Service Representatives’. At times, we are greeted by a Representative which there is a language barrier and we work together until we figure it out. The contractors we are scheduled with are wonderful. We recommend AHS to all our family and friends and have sent and will continue to refer potential customers to AMH.
They cover many things in the house and service requests are easy
