All I had to do was make a phone call to American Home Shield. They did all the coordinating of Repair person and Ordering of the new appliance.!!

So far, so good. I’ve had one claim, and it was politely and professionally handled. The contractor they sent was polite and professional as well, but had no idea why he was coming to my house. My only suggestion would be for AHS to create a work ticket that travels with the contractor.
