What I dislike is not talking to a person
Plumber was very good. HVAC repair contractor was very bad. Twice I had to go to non-AHS contractor to fix problems the AHS contractor could not. Am relooking value of AHS.
Fast resolution of the problem. Contracted companies are very helpful and informative, especially expert pools
Friendliness of the tech and his knowledge
I have real estate clients that have purchased plans, I also have plans on two of our houses. I have never had a bad experience other than when a contractor cannot be located for the requested repair.
Vary accommodating but the problem was not resolved.
They responded quickly and set me up with a repair company
The first request to have my locks re-keyed was excellent. My second request was for plumbing was was scheduled immediately; however, the plumber came and assessed and said he needed to come back and I have not heard a word since and that was a week ago.
Quick response, problems solved promptly.
