I am a bit new to using American Home Shield, but have used them twice recently. I have been completely satisfied with the technicians they have sent to my house. They have been helpful, very knowledgeable, and professional.

We had an issue with our refrigerator and it couldn't be repaired because the serial number had been wiped off. They jump right into action and within a week we had a brand new refrigerator in out kitchen, The process was so fast and they pretty much did everything for us. We received an email with another refrigerator that was comparable to the one we had, actually it was bigger and is an excellent addition to our kitchen.
