Guy seemed knowledgeable, professional, but I have the same issue/problem. Thermostat sey at 72, can only cool to 78ish when it is hot outside. Other people don't have this problem just because it is very hot out.
Good response time and tech fixed our AC problem.
Prompt service call and prompt resolution of problem
The reason why not 5 star is because only 1 time . The technician said he couldn't get my washer to do what I said. It was the seal in my washing machine that was bad and leaking all over my laundry room. Never got fixed. It's still doing the same thing but I took photos of all the water and the code on the screen.
They provided a contractor to fix our A/C and he was done in 1/2 hour
The second person came out identified the problem and fixed it
I'm new this service, but I've made two requests for service online with ease. Service was scheduled promptly.
They were efficient and handled my needs very well. I was able to chose a fridge and have it delivered
