AHS did very well. Although I do not like having to redo going through my payments and getting reimbursed every time their assigned contractor doesn’t show up. They need to check customer ratings before sending out the sorriest contractor in the list. Get rid of the useless contractors and stick with those that are dependable so that going through the process once is enough.
We have had American Home Shield for several years. The claims process has always be quick and easy. We have never had a claim denied, and all of the service companies have been top-notch.
No problems scheduling appointments and love the services we’ve received so far.
