Fast Service and excellent customer service
AHS makes it easy to file a claim and get whatever it is fixed. Being in a rural area sometimes it's hard for AHS to find a contractor or service representative to come fix what needs to be fixed, so being able to work with AHS and getting a prior authorization to seek for service repair allows us to get our appliances fixed in a timely manner. Plus the contractors that do come out for AHS are professional and courteous.
Easy to work with and quick responses. They have handled both my claims quickly and smoothly.
The speed of AHS dealing with a claim is outstanding. However, one of the contractors they sent to me over a month ago still hasn't set a time for the work to be done. Not necessarily on AHS but it led to the 4 star rating rather than 5.
Excellent service. I have had so many issues that they have resolved quickly and efficiently. Air conditioner, hot water heater, pool pump, etc. I am very pleased.
They gave me the name of a Company to come out to check out our dishwasher. It was fixed with in a week.
Great services and good coverage I recommend
