American Home maintains a good process to open a ticket, however I am noticing that some of the contractors they assign the work to have email boxes full which cause delays in getting the proper skill to the home. I believe the process should have the AHS team check on "Responsive contractor availability or reassign it to an alternate contract who will be responsive.
