It takes a week to get a job done that would have been done same day without the insurance red tape. AHS representative a little hard to understand on the phone. But, overall, I'm mostly satisfied with the experience!

It is taking a while to get a repair for my AC. May heating and air came on October22nd to diagnose and its not November 12th and I still have no AC.
