We've had AHS for over 25 years and have never received anything other than absolutely stellar service, both from AHS and from its contract providers. I recommend it to everyone. Over this long period of time, AHS has repaired or replaced everything from the HVAC to the kitchen sink garbage disposal to the garage door opener. We rest easy knowing that we're not going to be hit with a huge bill to replace a major appliance. AHS is the best!

It’s really a no hassle process. It’s legit. If your appliance breaks some one will come fix it and it doesn’t cost anything except the $100.00 service fee. American home shield is an awesome program

AHS makes it easy to request service. The biggest challenge I have faced is that the service contractors they use can vary in responsiveness. However, AHS is always helpful in addressing service issues.

I have always received excellent customer service from both AHS and the service contractors that have repaired my service requests. i would highly recommend American Home Shield to anyone needing a plan from them!!!
