Our drain issue was handled by Leak Seekers of Sumter, SC. They did a wonderful job and solved the clogged drain.
Plumber came as scheduled and fixed the issue with my leak. Had the right parts and knowledge to fix it
Response time and service was fast and topnotch. You could have reached out sooner though to let me know repair of the entry hole is covered. I still don't know, other than that you've been exceptional.
Timely service. Did the tune up of the heating system. Changed the air filters supplied by the customer. However left the old/used filter in the attic itself and I ( a 75 year old) had to climb and retrieve it. If not the rating would have been higher.
AHS really came through.
Response was prompt and problem quickly resolved. Vito from the plumbing company was friendly and respectful

I spoke with Natasha. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I explained that the company who was supposed to fix our dishwasher never called to set up their appointment. She said they should contact us soon.
My water heater problem was diagnosed quickly and I was able to replace it with a new one. The technician was very efficient and cordial.
