I have had the best experience with AHS! Whenever I have an issue or problem that my home warranty covers; I get fast, professional and honest service.. Making a claim is easy and worry free. I’ will like to give 5 stars ,but unfortunately the company that AHS hired to do the job took 2 weeks before they install the water heater, if the service was a little faster ,I will give 5 stars

Unfortunately there are no 1/2 ratings, but I would rate AHS as a 4.5 rather than 4. I have been a customer for 17 years and although the prices have increased (that is the way of business), they have held consistent with providing EXCELLENT customer service and coverage. The 1/2 star demotion relates to three issues I had which took too long (in my opinion, upwards of three months) to resolve. Outside of those three problems, I would and do recommend AHS as a great home warranty company.
