Now that AHS has also bought its competitor OneGuard, they can charge whatever they want for premiums. I just saw a 50% increase in my annual renewal.

Took too long for my unit to be fixed only to find out it will need to replaced and there will be a large out of pocket to replace.

It used to feel more worth it when the yearly fee and the service fee were lower but as prices have increased the value feels less balanced. They often also send out subpar contractors that do temporary fixes and not high quality work.
