Even though you’re expensive, at least I have peace of mind when I see the commercial I thank God I have it you have gotten a little high and the people that come out for the hundred dollars could be better I’ve had several visits were they never came back or completed it Thank you for the blanket and if you could do a little better, I’d be even happier garbage disposal. They wrote it down and then wanted extra money. I can’t fall for that yet. You are one of the best.

Repairs can take a very long time. We have had two claims and each took several months to resolve ... one of them left us without a functioning oven for a couple months. During the long resolution process, communication was poor-to-non-existent. There is no commitment on the part of American Home Shield to resolve issues within a reasonable, specific amount of time.

After leaving another home warranty company, I signed up with AHS. The contractors they work with do good work, but the communication piece could be better.

Been with AHS since 2006. More good experiences than bad. Usually comes down to a refusal to pay for work. It is all over the phone. They make decisions that favor them. You have to call the provider to get them to diagnosis it so that it will be covered. When they have been good, they have been good. In a short time I had cooktop, oven/microwave combo and dishwasher plus two A/C units go out within two years. They did not balk on them. Premiums are going up. Not sure I can continue to pay.
