I am giving AHS a 3 and not a 0 ONLY because my latest experience was actually great. If the next one is equally as good I will take another survey and raise my rating. Unfortunately, up until then, for the past 3 years I have been very patient with AHS even though there was only one HVAC company available to me and they were absolutely horrible. Waiting on parts again...It was well worth it when we weren't told we had to find our own air-conditioning solution. Claiming that we could be reimbursed. Outside companies aren't going to honor that that aren't on your list. We got stuck paying for a blower motor. Despite what your advertisement says! Now, we wait again for parts for the dryer. Yay. 👎
