Making a claim is easy. Things are always covered, in my experience.
The men from the company that AHS assigned my repair were on time and worked on the furnace. They adjusted a few things and when they left the system seemed to be working a bit better. They said if I have any problem, they’ll come back. That night was very cold and the house was cold in the morning. My boyfriend went upstairs just to look and when he pulled out the filter he saw a lot of dirt and dust. He cleaned it and replaced the filter. AHS always responds quickly. The service providers have been professional and experienced.
All good except for couple of dents in outer frame which have been reported for replacement. Pretty good service so far.
Great service.
Everything about the experience was very good, except two things: the website didn't work to schedule an appointment and the rep I spoke with didn't tell me that the appliance company would be calling the following day instead of the same day. We had a gas leak so timing was VERY important for safety reasons. Outside of that the experience was great.
