It is a good service but expensive to keep up. You pay 100.00 plus per month, but if you need a service request, you pay another deductible 100.00 for a call. I see the value, but suppose I do not need a call within the year.

I I have had American hound shoe since I purchased my home and when things had broken down or needed repairs or replace they were right on the spot. I think this is such a great company.

Very grateful to have this coverage. They are prompt in responding and assigning the appropriate person to service our needs. So far it’s been our air conditioner, washer and dryer as well as the dishwasher and refrigerator. If parts need ordering, we are kept informed of their status. We are sold!!!
