AHS is an excellent warranty service provider. This is my second contract. I had one for a prior condominium I owned and, so far, I've been very pleased with the service provided.

AHS definetly performs as advertised. When a covered item malfuctioned it was promptly repaired or in some cases replaced. In my two recent heat pump issues the system was repaired with four hours of placing a service order online. Choosing AHS fifteen years ago was one of the best decisions I ever made

Our A/C stopped blowing cold air in the middle of a heat wave. Within 2 days they had a company come check our air conditioner. Within 15 minutes they found the problem and replaced the broken part. So, so happy with the service.

I'm still waiting for Affordable Appliance Repair to replace the part they diagnosed as broken. American Home Shield told me that they approved the ice maker repair and part on the LG and no one has gotten back to me!
