I decided to purchase a home warranty because my home was approaching 10 years of age and the HAVC systems and water heater were reaching the end of their useful lives. I Googled "Best Home Warranty" programs in the Valley (Phoenix/Scottsdale) and AHS was very highly rated. Coupling that with their then current offer of the 1st year at a reduced premium and I signed up. Hard to get to a real live human being to whom to speak.
Not thrilled with how long I have to wait to get my dishwasher replaced. It’s been over a month. Definitely not thrilled. Other service claims have been corrected quicker so I’m pleased about those.
