AA Dependable came to my home to repair my washer and dryer. Washer emptied out but did not wring the clothes. It was repaired and works fine. The dryer would not stop when I opened the door to remove a piece of clothing that I did not want to dry long. The repairman fixed the dryer that I can open the door to stop early.

It’s been almost a year since I enrolled with AHS. I have been satisfied with the 3 experiences I’ve had. I have a new microwave, a new ice maker and a quiet garage door. The garage door was way more than I expected but it seemed correct as the repairman serviced it.

This is a different AHS. We started years ago and had numerous problems. Today we are so happy with AHS. We can do almost everything online which eliminates long holds on the phone. A+

After multiple issues with our AC unit, they finally sent a company that diagnosed the problem and actually fixed it and not just put a bandage on it. They are quick to get the job done and complete.

Now that AHS has also bought its competitor OneGuard, they can charge whatever they want for premiums. I just saw a 50% increase in my annual renewal.
