My recent service with AHS was a great experience. I was able to schedule my service online in minutes. The service provider they sent was from GE (General Electric) and was topnotch! He repaired my refrigerator ice machine and even made another repair we weren't even aware was needed. I've been with AHS for 5 years, and my only complaint is they have steadily been raising my rates every year. They are on time and do a great job. Yes I would do it again.
They have always taken care of my requests, the only part I dislike is that most calls go to phillipines & they tend to not be as knowledgeable & or helpful as the onshore operators. Please change all calls to onshore.
American home shield protection was able to resolve my problems with my dishwasher, which is open flow. A service technician was sent to my home to evaluate my dishwasher. Liked the way my first claim was quickly processed.Don’t like the tax on service fee (I didn’t have to pay this tax when I used another home warranty company)
For $65 a month it seems like I’m not using it enough to be worth it. Maybe something cheaper where I might not notice it as much.
