Original contractor never called me to set up an appointment. I let AHS know and they assigned another contractor. That contractor contacted me quickly and repaired the problem.
Good but slow action
The second company tech who was sent out, Karl, was much more knowledgeable about the problem with these Samsung refrigerators and I feel he will file an honest assessment. Of course, if not, I reserve the right to amend my review and report back.

Very professional and courteous. Some unnecessary comments but the service itself was great.

We had 2 appliances go out at about the same time. AHS got them fixed and they are working good
