We have had 2 issues , furnace and air conditioning the Townsend heating and air conditioning company were dispatched to our home and solved each issue. They were very professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent and timely job.

Too many calls for repair before replacement offer was made. Over the years, I personally think there has been a decline in service with customer service. In addition I think that payment should be made AFTER services have been rendered not before .

We’ve been pretty happy with American Home Shield with the exception of a recent experience, where a repair was completed only for us to learn a month later to have the same issue occur because it wasn’t done correctly the first time. As a result, we had to come out of pocket for another service fee, which I feel should have been covered by American Home Shield due to the fact that the issue was not resolved the first time. Usually we get people that know what needs to be done. We sometimes have to wait for parts. I am wondering why my monthly payment has gone up.

I like the security knowing that the product will be replaced if it cannot be repaired; however, I also know that the replacement product will never be the same quality we had . We had a microwave replaced. The old one was a Dacor and the new replacement was a GE Monogram.
