Customer Service was great. The amount time they took to schedule a Repairman was swift. I had to have a second Repairman but both Repairmen were professional yet approachable. My Drop-in had to be replaced and my warranty covered the cost of my new range. I love AHS, the price for coverage is not over the top. I recommend AHS to everyone vs the others. Fyi: I switched from the other to AHS!!
