This is a great service to have. It does save you money when repairs are needed. The only issue I have is the increase in monthly payment. Things are already expensive and then my monthly premium goes up.

Most repair items are plumbing and appliances, it is very convenient for a property management to order through AHS a service and be fixed.

Always fast dependable service. I love having warranty coverage and AHS has always come thru. Only downfall is that price has increase and AHS don’t reach out to offer other plans with increase coverage as existing customers

I’ve had ups and downs with American home shield over the years at both my home and rental property, but based on my recent experiences, this company has taken a turn for the better and continues to improve its customer service. I was thinking of trying out a new company and then couldn’t because overall, AHS has been good to me and I as more reliable than the other company I tried.
