American Home Shield website is easy to use. AHS has a service company contact me with 1 - 2 business days. Customer service is good. The service companies sent out to my home have been great.

The service call is a bit pricey, but they paid 100% of repairs/replacements. I had to pay for earthquake straps to bring my water heater to code. That part was not covered, but they replaced the water heater. They also chose good companies.

3D Hoover Services, LLC had to come to my house twice to repair my plumbing issues. I still have one plumbing issue open that has not to be addressed. They were supposed to be submitting an authorization request to AHS for review. I still have not heard from them or AHS about my open plumbing issue.
