The company you sent out was very nice and got our house scheduled the next day. The technician was personable and very knowledable. He diagnosed the problem and immediately went to work to solve the issue. Which he did. I ended up paying another $250 in addition to the service fee I had already paid which I didn’t completely understand.
Was pretty easy to work with. Had the technician come out and fix what was needed. First time using it so still not sure all of the ins and outs of the warranty
The service was very good. It was done in a reasonable amount of time
The service man was great and knowledgeable
I reported a water leak with my toilet on Sunday evening the plumber called me up that evening and sent somebody out the next day at 8:00 a.m. . Plumber was here no longer than a half hour and resolved the issue. The problems been fixed.
Timely, professional, efficient
The technicians were very professional. The only part I do not like is the payment was taken out before the work was performed,I usually write a check for services rendered. I'll have to rethink if I want to keep this policy of taking money before services rendered I don't mind paying payment for the ads services. But doing the work and getting paid ahead of time is unsettling.i use checks to keep for my records for services.
