I was happy with everything up until now. Made a service request for my a/c unit last week and haven't heard from anyone yet. Takes forever to talk to some one about it when I call but the deductible sure did get pulled out my account fast and I haven't even had any service done

They responded quickly and when the first contractor couldn’t get to me for 3 weeks they immediately found another contractor and my fridge was fixed in 2 days.

I like having american home shield , they are really good about getting things fixed however over the past three years everything has gone up so much and now it is even more to have someone come out, then we have to wait a month to get approval for something to be done. It just seems like a lot of money being thrown out even though since our house is older we have had about five things fixed in the past three years it is nice to have the peace of mind.
