I signed and paid my member fee. I called later as I had a leak in my dishwasher. They said it would be two weeks before someone could come out! I said I would find someone else and wound up fixing it myself. Guess I didn’t need them after all! I called and they gave me a full refund.
This was the reason I keep my home warranty plan. They replaced an old worn out AC unit with a brand new one

I love AHS! They have excellent coverage and customer service! We don’t just feel like a number! Their team actually cares! They have quick response times and the service is done quickly and efficiently! I won’t have another company cover my home! They are the best!

I would recommend them however the company needs to do a better job updating their customers when a case is filed. I had to contact Homeshelid multiple times while waiting for a follow up after my case was submitted. Company needs to reach out to the client before the cluent reaches out to them multiple times.

Good company but has raised our rates almost $25 in the last year per month
