On normal repairs AHS rates 5 Stars. They have some dedicated people to insure you are taken care of.
The company rates high in their quick response to issues and technicians arrive within a day or two. They are a 5 star company.
They called me right away, came out the next day and fixed it quick. Very professional and personable.
The first time the contractor came out, they didn't know what part was broken or wasn't working right. They diagnosed it and ended up having to order a couple parts that took about a week to get. Then they came back and replaced them, and everything is fine. The whole process with American Home Shield is pretty efficient. My heater was not turning on. I made a call and got a service scheduled. Someone was sent here to fix my heater. He was very personal and was able to explain the issue. He got it resolved, so no issue with him.
They respond quickly to service calls. They people they send out are qualified and courteous.
never a hassle.i like the contractors having to answer to someone else besides me to get things done..Alot of times when you call a contractor they just do not want to finish things.
