Our hot water heater sprung a leak and was flooding our garage. American Home Shield connected us with an excellent plumbing service and had our water heater repaired very quickly. They did an excellent job. We are new to the area and without American Home Shield we wouldn't have known where to look.

It's been easy with American Home Shield. We've used them a lot since we have moved here and we're thankful that we have it. I recently did a claim for a plumbing issue. I called the company this time to see if they could come out quicker and they came out the next day so it was great. The guy was great too. He was safe as far as masks. He knew what I was talking about, he went and checked it out, and it was taken care of.
Big Al's did a fantastic job. I'm a military veteran so I really take notice of things like punctuality, cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism. They had their masks and gloves on. I took note of all that. They looked very clean. Their uniforms were good. I did the claim through the phone app. It was fairly easy to do. It didn't even take me any time to get it done.
